Wedding Photography Scotland – Alan Hutchison Photography is Alan and Morag Hutchison, the husband and wife team behind one of Scotland’s finest and most popular wedding photography studios.
Our goal is to tell the story of your wedding day in as unobtrusive a manner as possible, capturing the special moments that you will treasure forever, while at the same time capturing some stunning images that will take your breath away. We call our style “Weddings with WOW”.
Alan holds an Associate qualification with the the Society of Wedding and Portrait Professionals (ASWPP) , a qualification held only by a very small percentage of Scottish Wedding Photographers and the second highest level of qualification available. Alan’s style of photography is primarily Wedding Photojournalism with a fashion edge, and he is currently the only Scottish photographer recognised by the world-renowned Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalists Association (AG|WPJA).
Morag also photographs weddings whilst at the same looking after the customer service end of things. She is always on hand to sort out any of the little issues that can crop up on a wedding day – with a business background in Project Management, she is always very well prepared for most eventualities.
Our wedding photography has won numerous awards and has appeared in a large number of publications including TV and the national press.

We are also very honoured to have been nominated as finalists in the Photography category for the Scottish Wedding Industry VOWS Awards – an award that recognises high levels of customer service.

Wedding photography coverage can be provided throughout Scotland and occasionally further beyond, including overseas.
Availability
To ensure the highest quality, we only take on a set number of weddings per year – we are currently booking well into 2013 and dates are already filling up quickly, so please don’t leave it too late plan your wedding photography. For peak dates in 2012 we have a very limited availability now, so please contact us at your earliest opportunity and we can check if the date is still available.
Based near Stirling in Central Scotland, we can cover weddings anywhere in Scotland including wedding venues in: Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Alloa, Grangemouth, Dundee, Dunfermline, Perth, Aberdeen, Oban, and Inverness. All areas considered.
Destination Weddings also considered dependent on location and dates of travel – please ask for details.
