We are delighted to once again host a training day with one of Europe’s finest Wedding Photographers – a chap who I refer to as “The Photographer’s Photographer”, the one and only Mr Pete Bristo MBE FMPA FRPS FBIPP FSWPP.

Pete’s photography accolades are simply too long to list – he has FOUR (count them) Fellowships in Weddings, plus THREE further Fellowships in Press and PR! ?He is quite simply the highest qualified Wedding Photographer in the country

10:00 – 10:30 Meet and Greet at the Alan Hutchison Photography Studio in Stirling. Coffee and Tea on arrival.

Morning Session?

Introduction into the Days events by the new super-slim Pete Bristo, followed by The Art of Posing and lighting the Bride? for Qualifications and Competitions.

This will cover posing, silhouettes, framing and lighting techniques using off camera flash, reflectors and video lighting. Bring your camera along for lots of hands on shooting for your portfolio.

12:30hrs -13:30hrs? Lunch

Afternoon Session

Pete will go through the morning images and then onto post production for Qualifications & Competitions showing speedy work flow tips & tricks in Photoshop and Lightroom.

How to create eye catching award winning images using Pete?s lightroom presets. Learn about composition for competitions. Then its onto Photoshop Tips and Tricks, using Layers and repeatable actions.? He will show you his use of plugins to enhance the images without over the top HDR effects. These plugins are available on a trial basis, so you can try these techniques out yourself.

This is also a ?great opportunity to meet and greet other local photographers in the area. Get inspired for the up and coming wedding season. The Workshop is open to both Professional and Amateur photographers.

Training days of this calibre regularly command fees in the hundreds, but once again Pete is running this as a “giving back to the profession” gig and keeping the cost at a minimum – Just ?75 per delegate, which represents amazing value for money.
